Syncing Requirements
- iPhone and Watch must be paired
- Both devices should have LiftTracker installed
- Devices should be in Bluetooth range
- WatchConnectivity enabled (automatic)
Troubleshooting Sync
If workouts aren't syncing:
- Ensure both devices are unlocked
- Check Bluetooth is enabled
- Restart both apps
- Check Watch is paired in iPhone Settings → Bluetooth
