How do I connect LiftTracker to Strava?

Link your Strava account to automatically share workouts.
Connect your Strava account to automatically post completed workouts:
Setting Up Strava Integration

Go to Settings:
- Tap Home → Settings (gear icon)

Find Strava Section:
- Scroll down to "Integrations"
- Find "Strava"

Connect Account:
- Tap "Connect Strava"
- Safari opens Strava login
- Log in to your Strava account
- Authorize LiftTracker to post activities
- Redirected back to app

Confirmation:
- Settings now shows "Connected to Strava"
- Your Strava username displayed
- Toggle to enable/disable auto-posting
What Gets Posted
When you complete a workout, LiftTracker posts to Strava:
- Activity type: Weight Training
- Duration: Workout length
- Title: Your workout name
- Description: Exercise list and details
- Date & time: When workout occurred
Auto-Posting Settings
- Automatic posting: Toggle on/off in Settings
- Manual posting: Post individual workouts from history
- Privacy: Respects your Strava privacy settings
- Edit on Strava: Can edit details after posting
Disconnecting Strava
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Strava
- Tap "Disconnect Strava"
- Confirm disconnection
- Past posts remain on Strava
- Future workouts won't auto-post
Troubleshooting
Connection fails:
- Check internet connection
- Ensure Strava credentials are correct
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Workouts not posting:
- Verify auto-posting is enabled
- Check Strava authorization hasn't expired
- Ensure workout is marked complete
- Reconnect account if needed
Duplicate activities:
- Don't manually post workouts already auto-posted
- Check Strava for duplicates and delete
Note: Strava integration requires iOS version. Not available on Apple Watch.
