Editing Templates

  • Swipe left on template → Edit
  • Modify exercises, sets, reps, or weights
  • Changes apply to future workouts only
  • Past workouts remain unchanged

Best Practices

  • Name clearly: "Push Day A", "Leg Day - Heavy", "Upper Body Circuit"
  • Include variety: Create multiple variations (Heavy/Light, A/B splits)
  • Update regularly: Adjust weights as you progress
  • Keep it organized: Delete templates you no longer use

Example Templates:

  • "PPL - Push Day": Bench, Shoulder Press, Tricep Dips
  • "PPL - Pull Day": Deadlifts, Pull-ups, Rows
  • "PPL - Leg Day": Squats, Leg Press, Calf Raises
  • "Full Body Quick": Key compound movements for busy days
