Editing Templates
- Swipe left on template → Edit
- Modify exercises, sets, reps, or weights
- Changes apply to future workouts only
- Past workouts remain unchanged
Best Practices
- Name clearly: "Push Day A", "Leg Day - Heavy", "Upper Body Circuit"
- Include variety: Create multiple variations (Heavy/Light, A/B splits)
- Update regularly: Adjust weights as you progress
- Keep it organized: Delete templates you no longer use
Example Templates:
- "PPL - Push Day": Bench, Shoulder Press, Tricep Dips
- "PPL - Pull Day": Deadlifts, Pull-ups, Rows
- "PPL - Leg Day": Squats, Leg Press, Calf Raises
- "Full Body Quick": Key compound movements for busy days
