How do I create my first workout?

Learn how to create and log your first workout session in LiftTracker.

To create your first workout:

  1. Open the app and tap the Workouts tab
  2. Tap the "+" button in the top right corner
  3. Add a title for your workout (e.g., "Chest Day", "Leg Workout")
  4. Add exercises by tapping the "Add Exercise" button
  5. Choose an exercise from the library or create a custom one
  6. Set your details:
    • Choose activity type (Weight, Reps, Distance, or Duration)
    • Enter sets and reps
    • Add weight if applicable
    • Select the unit (kg/lbs)
  7. Add more exercises as needed
  8. Save your workout by tapping "Done"

You can also add notes and track your mood after completing the workout!
