How do I manage my subscription?

View subscription details, change plans, and manage billing.

Manage all aspects of your Premium subscription:

Viewing Subscription Status

In LiftTracker App:

  1. Go to HomeSettings
  2. Scroll to "Premium" section
  3. View current status:
    • "Premium Active" with expiry date
    • Current plan (Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)
    • Next billing date

In iPhone Settings:

  1. SettingsYour NameSubscriptions
  2. Tap "LiftTracker Premium"
  3. View full details and billing history

Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime:

Upgrading (e.g., Weekly → Yearly):

  1. Go to Settings → Subscriptions → LiftTracker
  2. Select the new tier (Monthly or Yearly)
  3. Confirm the change
  4. Prorated credit applied for unused time
  5. New plan starts immediately

Downgrading (e.g., Yearly → Monthly):

  1. Go to Settings → Subscriptions → LiftTracker
  2. Select the new tier (lower tier)
  3. Confirm the change
  4. Change takes effect at end of current period
  5. No immediate charge

Managing Payment Method

  1. SettingsYour NamePayment & Shipping
  2. Update credit card or payment method
  3. Changes apply to all App Store subscriptions

Viewing Billing History

  1. SettingsYour NameMedia & Purchases
  2. Tap "View Account"
  3. Scroll to "Purchase History"
  4. Filter by "Subscriptions"
  5. View all LiftTracker charges

Restore Purchases

If premium features aren't showing after subscribing:

In LiftTracker:

  1. Go to HomeSettings
  2. Scroll to "Premium" section
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. Wait for confirmation
  5. Premium features should unlock

If still not working:

  • Restart the app
  • Check subscription is active in iPhone Settings
  • Ensure you're signed in with correct Apple ID
  • Contact support if issues persist

Subscription Notifications

Apple sends notifications for:

  • ⏰ Upcoming renewal (24 hours before)
  • 💳 Successful billing confirmation
  • ⚠️ Payment issues (expired card, etc.)
  • ✅ Subscription reactivation

Pro Tip: Set a reminder 2-3 days before renewal if you're considering canceling, so you don't forget!
