How do I mark sets as complete during a workout?

Track your progress through each set during an active workout.

During a Workout

  1. Open your active workout from the Home tab
  2. Find the exercise you're working on
  3. Tap the circle next to each set number to mark it complete
  4. Green checkmark appears when set is done
  5. Continue through all sets for the exercise

Visual Indicators

  • Empty circle (○): Set not started
  • Filled green circle (●): Set completed
  • Progress bar: Shows overall workout completion

Quick Actions

  • Tap "Complete Next Set": Marks the next unfinished set as done
  • Swipe on set: Quick access to edit or delete
  • Reset exercise: Clear all set completions to start over

Completion Tracking

  • Individual sets tracked separately
  • Workout shows "X of Y completed" count
  • Filter workouts by completion status in history

Tip: Mark sets as you complete them to see your progress and stay motivated throughout your workout!
