How do I schedule recurring workouts?

Set up weekly workout schedules with automatic reminders.

Create a recurring workout schedule to stay consistent:

Creating a Scheduled Session

  1. Go to Saved tabSchedule section
  2. Tap the "+" button
  3. Add workout details:
    • Title (e.g., "Monday Legs")
    • Select exercises (or link a saved template)
    • Choose days of the week
    • Set time for each day
  4. Enable reminders (optional but recommended)
  5. Save the schedule

Setting Up Reminders

  • Notification permission required: App will prompt on first use
  • Custom time: Set when you want to be reminded
  • Multiple days: Each day can have its own reminder time
  • Toggle on/off: Enable/disable without deleting the schedule

Working with Scheduled Sessions

  • View all scheduled workouts: Saved tab → Schedule
  • Start a scheduled workout: Tap to create new session
  • Edit schedule: Swipe left → Edit
  • Delete schedule: Swipe left → Delete
  • Temporarily skip: Just don't start the workout that day

Example Weekly Schedule

Monday: Chest & Triceps (6:00 PM)
Tuesday: Back & Biceps (6:00 PM)
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Legs (5:30 PM)
Friday: Shoulders & Core (6:00 PM)
Saturday: Full Body (10:00 AM)
Sunday: Rest

Pro Tip: Link your scheduled sessions to saved templates for quick consistency. Create the template once, then reference it in your schedule!
