How do I view my progress over time?

Use charts and analytics to monitor your fitness journey.
LiftTracker provides several ways to track your progress:
Progress Tab Features
- Navigate to Progress tab (chart icon)
- Choose an exercise from the list
- View charts showing:
- Weight progression over time
- Volume (sets × reps × weight)
- Frequency (how often you do the exercise)
- Personal records
Chart Types
Line Charts
- Track weight increases over weeks/months
- See trends and plateaus
- Identify when to adjust programming
Bar Charts
- Compare workout volume week-to-week
- See training frequency
- Identify gaps in your routine
Statistics
- Total workouts completed
- Total volume lifted
- Average workout duration
- Calories burned
Filtering Options
- Time range: Last week, month, 3 months, year, all time
- Exercise type: Filter by muscle group
- Completion status: View only completed workouts
Home Tab Stats
Quick stats on the Home tab:
- This week's workout count
- Total workouts this month
- Current streak
- Next scheduled workout
Pro Tip: Take progress photos and compare them with your chart data. Numbers don't always tell the full story of your transformation!
