How do I view my progress over time?

By Dan Taylor

Use charts and analytics to monitor your fitness journey.

LiftTracker provides several ways to track your progress:

Progress Tab Features

  1. Navigate to Progress tab (chart icon)
  2. Choose an exercise from the list
  3. View charts showing:
    • Weight progression over time
    • Volume (sets × reps × weight)
    • Frequency (how often you do the exercise)
    • Personal records
