How do workout programs work?

Learn how to use structured workout programs to reach your fitness goals.
Workout Programs provide structured, progressive training plans:
Accessing Programs
- Subscribe to Premium (or start free trial)
- Go to Saved tab → Programs
- Browse available programs
- Tap a program to view details
Program Structure
Each program includes:
- Overview: Goal, duration, difficulty level
- Weekly schedule: Days and workout types
- Progressive phases: Beginner → Intermediate → Advanced
- Exercise details: Sets, reps, and instructions
- Rest days: Planned recovery
Enrolling in a Program
- View program details
- Tap "Enroll in Program"
- Choose start date (optional)
- Program appears in your schedule
- Follow week by week
Following a Program
- Weekly view: See current week's workouts
- Track completion: Check off completed workouts
- Progress indicator: Shows how far into the program
- Automatic advancement: Moves to next week when ready
- Flexibility: Can skip or repeat weeks if needed
Example Programs
Beginner Programs:
- "Starting Strength Basics" (8 weeks)
- "Foundation Builder" (6 weeks)
Intermediate Programs:
- "Push/Pull/Legs Split" (12 weeks)
- "Upper/Lower Split" (10 weeks)

Pro Tip: Start with a program one level below your current fitness to ensure proper form and prevent injury!
