My workouts aren't syncing between iPhone and Apple Watch

Solutions for fixing sync issues between your devices.
If your workouts aren't syncing properly between iPhone and Apple Watch, try these solutions:
Quick Fixes
1. Check Pairing
- Open Watch app on iPhone
- Verify watch shows as "Connected"
- If not, repair devices
- Settings → Bluetooth → Ensure enabled
2. Restart Apps
- Force quit LiftTracker on both devices
- Reopen on both devices
- Wait 10-20 seconds for sync
3. Restart Devices
- Restart iPhone: Hold power button → Slide to power off
- Restart Watch: Hold side button → Power off
- Turn both back on
- Wait for reconnection
4. Check Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
- Both devices need Bluetooth enabled
- Ensure devices are in range (within 30 feet)
- Check Wi-Fi is working on iPhone
Advanced Troubleshooting
5. Toggle Airplane Mode
- On both devices, enable Airplane Mode
- Wait 10 seconds
- Disable Airplane Mode
- Wait for reconnection
6. Reinstall Watch App
- On iPhone: Watch app → My Watch
- Scroll to LiftTracker
- Toggle "Show App on Apple Watch" off
- Wait 30 seconds
- Toggle it back on
- Watch app reinstalls
7. Check Storage
- Ensure both devices have free storage
- Settings → General → Storage
- Delete unnecessary apps/data if low

iPhone → Watch:
- ✅ New workouts created
- ✅ Scheduled sessions
- ✅ Workout templates
Watch → iPhone:
- ✅ Completed sets
- ✅ Finished workouts
- ✅ Heart rate data
- ✅ Calories burned
When Sync Happens
- Automatic: When devices are connected
- Background: Even when app is closed
- On open: When you open app on either device
- Can take: Up to 30 seconds
Preventing Sync Issues
- Keep devices close during workouts
- Don't force quit apps unnecessarily
- Ensure Bluetooth stays enabled
- Keep both apps updated
- Maintain adequate storage
Still Not Working?
- Check for app updates in App Store
- Verify watchOS and iOS are up to date
- Try unpairing and re-pairing watch (last resort)
- Contact support with specific details
