Gym LiftTracker is operated by Reuben Enterprises. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the iPhone or Apple Watch app, connect integrations, use Siri features, make a purchase, or contact support.
Gym LiftTracker does not require you to create a Reuben Enterprises account. Most workout information is stored through Apple frameworks on your devices and, where enabled, in iCloud or Apple device backups.
Information you enter or generate can include workouts, exercise names, sets, repetitions, loads, units, completion and skip information, notes, templates, schedules, programs, goals, personal records, achievements, recovery plans and check-ins, preferences, timers, mood, duration, calories, heart-rate summaries, and related progress information.
The app stores this information using SwiftData. Depending on your Apple configuration, it may also be synchronized or backed up through iCloud or Apple device backups. Apple controls those services and their security and retention settings.
With your permission, Gym LiftTracker can read or write supported Health data. Depending on the feature you use, this can include workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, active and basal energy, body mass, sleep analysis, workout effort, and distance.
Apple Watch can collect workout duration, heart rate, energy, and related workout information. Workout data and commands are transferred between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework.
You control Health permissions in the Health app or Apple device settings. Health records already written to Apple Health remain there until you manage them in the Health app.
On supported Apple platforms, Gym LiftTracker can make app entities and actions available to Siri, Apple Intelligence, Spotlight, Shortcuts, notifications, and the Apple Watch Action button. Depending on your settings, indexed information can include detailed workouts, exercise names, sets, notes, health metrics, schedules, programs, progress, achievements, and recovery information.
The Include workout details in Siri & Spotlight setting is enabled by default. Turning it off removes Gym LiftTracker's Spotlight entities and related action donations. Apple controls how its system services process requests and on-device indexes.
Gym LiftTracker uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage, diagnose product journeys, and improve the app. Analytics events can include app interactions, screen views, subscription events, device or app information, and success or failure states.
Some current workout events may also contain event parameters such as a user-entered session title, exercise name, exercise or set counts, workout duration, calories, and heart-rate summaries. Do not put information in workout titles or exercise names that you do not want included in analytics.
Firebase and Google process and retain this information under their own policies and the project's configured analytics settings. Gym LiftTracker does not use Firebase Analytics data to provide medical advice.
Strava integration is optional. If you connect Strava, Gym LiftTracker stores OAuth credentials in Apple's Keychain and uses the Strava API to post completed workouts. Shared information can include the workout title, date, duration, exercise and set details, calories, and heart-rate samples where available.
Disconnecting Strava removes the credentials saved by Gym LiftTracker. It does not delete activities already posted to Strava; manage those activities and your Strava data from Strava.
Apple processes Gym LiftTracker Premium purchases through StoreKit. The app receives product and entitlement information needed to present offers, unlock Premium, and restore eligible purchases. Reuben Enterprises does not receive payment-card details from the app. Apple retains purchase records under its policies.
If you grant permission, Gym LiftTracker uses Apple notifications and Live Activities for schedules, workout summaries, achievements, and workout or rest-timer status. Their display and delivery are controlled by your device settings.
If you contact support, Reuben Enterprises processes the contact details, message, attachments, and technical information you choose to provide so the request can be investigated and answered. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary health information.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to and administer the request.
Workout and app information remains on your device until you delete the relevant records or remove the app. iCloud, Keychain, and Apple backups can retain copies according to your Apple settings.
You can delete supported workouts, templates, schedules, program enrolments, and other records in the app. Removing the app deletes its local data, but you may also need to manage iCloud storage or backups through Apple settings.
Disconnect Strava in the app to remove saved Strava credentials. Delete previously posted activities within Strava. Manage Apple Health records in the Health app. Apple purchase history and Firebase Analytics data are subject to the relevant provider's controls and retention obligations.

Gym LiftTracker relies on Apple platform protections for local storage, iCloud, Health data, Keychain credentials, purchases, and device-to-device communication. Internet integrations use encrypted network connections. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This policy may be updated when app features or data handling change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date.
